Issue #2548 - Part 3 - Fix some MathML issues encountered since WebIDL works.
Add an nsContentUtils API for getting the CallerType of a JSContext.

Attach FrameProperties to each frame instead of using a shared hashtable
Dispense the shared hashtable and instead attach the frame property list directly to nsIFrame.
