When I brought back CoreGraphics backend I brought back a fix for this.
However the fix was designed for Intel which uses Skia as a backend.
Our Skia does not support big endian, so change it to use Cairo backend.

This commit gets Mac PowerPC to initialize and shows the menubar.
Hangs in font code before showing the window, but this is progress.
Remove workaround for a GCC structure packing bug, use fixed GCCs.

Attach FrameProperties to each frame instead of using a shared hashtable

Dispense the shared hashtable and instead attach the frame property list directly to nsIFrame.
