Moonchild cea1b66ba5 Refactor string utils in MFBT. 
This adds an Apple carveout for strnlen for OS X < 10.7 and renames the
ToString.h header to StringUtils.h to better reflect the more generic
collection of functions in it, instead of a 1-file-1-method header.

Brian Smith a9ac8b390f Issue #3153 - Make sure buttons report a definite size for flex containers. 
Second try, this time ONLY do it for flex container or grids.
This should prevent layout problems in non-flex scenarios.

Moonchild 8dc41b293a [gfx/layout] Simplify textruns 
Cache overflow textruns in a better place and stop using a lazy class.
This avoids doing caching in the rendering back-end, and does so where
necessary in TextOverflow (for ellipses)

Moonchild 6eb551332e Issue #888 - Hook libAOM back up, and make it configurable at build time. 
Since the Dav1d changes will be reverted in the next commit, this also
includes a test for 32-bit x86 targets which makes libAOM mandatory.

nia f363ec1838 Fix dev tools on 32-bit big endian platforms 
This resolves a crash when pressing F12.

The __LP64__ macro is relied upon elsewhere in UXP so I think
this change should be safe.

Brian Smith 67717762f9 Issue #2051 - Follow-up: Fix CSS image masks on PowerPC Mac. 
When I brought back CoreGraphics backend I brought back a fix for this.
However the fix was designed for Intel which uses Skia as a backend.
Our Skia does not support big endian, so change it to use Cairo backend.
