This has been superseded by the dedicated Referrer-policy header.

Moonchild 118bc5ff5d Issue #2692 - Part 6: Don't #include js/SourceBufferHolder.h in jsapi.h. 
Instead, require users to do so. This is a minor translation-unit size
improvement for anyone who never has to use SourceBufferHolder other than
by reference.

Martok 8f11d64255 Issue #2453 - Follow-Up: Use hard-coded minimum timer interval in workers. 
From the spec: "If nesting level is greater than 5, and timeout is less than 4, then set timeout to 4.",
therefore not having it user-configurable doesn't really break anything.

needed.

Martok 0dde96ba82 Issue #2240 - Align Microtasks and promises scheduling with spec 
Microtasks, resolved Promises and Observers are handled after the sync
task that caused them, in the order they were generated.
Also simplifies reentrancy handling.

Moonchild a680bdc637 Issue #1656 - Part 1: Nuke most vim config lines in the tree. 
Since these are just interpreted comments, there's 0 impact on actual code.
This removes all lines that match /* vim: set(.*)tw=80: */ with S&R -- there are
a few others scattered around which will be removed manually in a second part.

wolfbeast 0384dc34be Send worker-runnables destined for the main thread actually to the main thread. 
A case of "one queue too many" here. Instead of worker runnables being sent to the main thread
where they are supposed to run, they are put in a task queue per-worker. This is devastating
for performance if many workers are running.
