Moonchild 4b1b9cac33 Issue #2362 - Fix click handling according to the spec. 
This removes some hackery surrounding preventing content clicks, and in
general handles auxclick as it should, firing that event on secondary
buttons (wheel/right on default setup for right-handed mouse).

FranklinDM 3d82baddf3 Issue #2135 - Bug 1413102: Ensure Shadow DOM boundaries are dealt properly in event handling 
* RE: BasicEvents.h - our WidgetEvent is not movable (yet), so the change that requires that wasn't included.
* Parts of this use code that was introduced in bug 1427511. For now, they were replaced with their equivalents.

Moonchild a680bdc637 Issue #1656 - Part 1: Nuke most vim config lines in the tree. 
Since these are just interpreted comments, there's 0 impact on actual code.
This removes all lines that match /* vim: set(.*)tw=80: */ with S&R -- there are
a few others scattered around which will be removed manually in a second part.
