Tim Langner 9cb125fb1f Update to Minecraft 26.3 (#3681) 
* Update to Minecraft 26.3

- Bump the server dependency, latest version and plugin api-version to 26.3
- Add the configuration POST_EFFECTS packet and shift the following ids
- Add the CHANGE_DESTROY_DIRECTION player dig type
- Stop resolving the legacy particle enum on 1.13+, the 26.3 particle packet has an unrelated enum
- Read optional message signatures in getMessageSignatures
- Cache parameterized structure modifiers separately from the raw field type
- Add WrappedVecDelta and WrappedPositionPath for the new entity movement packets
- Update tests for the 26.3 server classes

* Change default class type from null to void.class

Mark Cockram 0f7670e13d Fix recursive update in StructureCache on legacy versions (#3682) 
ConcurrentHashMap.computeIfAbsent rejects re-entrant updates on Java 9+,
and determineBestCreator can re-enter the cache. On 1.8 it also recursed
through PacketRegistry.getStreamCodec into createOldRegister, so only ask
for stream codecs on 1.20.5+, where they exist.

* Run sync listeners of bundled packets on the main thread

processOutbound only checked the BUNDLE packet type for main-thread listeners before the bundle was unpacked, so a synchronous listener registered for a packet inside the bundle ran on the thread the bundle was sent from.

Fixes #3665

* Keep the network marker when rescheduling a bundled packet

Diogo Correia 0e267a5f1a fix: explicitly declare parameters of ServerPingRecord constructor (#3644) 
Some Spigot forks (e.g., Leaf) add additional constructors with
different parameters, which causes the previous naive implementation of
getting the first available constructor to fail.
