- Why is it a real problem (not a guess)?
Justification One of the following must be provided:
- Evidence (required for non-trivial or performance-related changes): logs, benchmarks, profiling results, or a reproducible bug scenario
- Reasoned explanation (allowed for simple or obvious issues): a clear technical explanation of why the current behavior is incorrect or suboptimal

If these rules are not followed, the correct behavior is: refuse to proceed and ask for clarification instead of making changes
