I added new placeholders %unt_phase_mm%, %unt_phase_md%, %unt_phase_mm-g%, %unt_-phase_mm%, %unt_-phase_md%

Recoded disableDefaultNameTag, now it will cache teams so with this option npcs with the default nametag should have their nametag visible again. This only works if there isn't a player with the same name of the npc online
Added forceDisableDefaultNameTag that forcibly hides all default nametags (basically the previous behavior of disableDefaultNameTag)
Added componentCaching & placeholderCacheTime to reduce cpu usage
Improved overall performance
