Motivation

Standardize the plugin/project branding and runtime strings so the plugin publishes and reports as Panilla-OG rather than Panilla.
Ensure the build uses GraalVM Java 17 via the Gradle Java toolchain while keeping the existing Gradle wrapper (8.14.3) to match the requested runtime.
Produce a single, installable plugin artifact with a predictable filename for server deployment in build/libs.

Description

Renamed the root project and user-facing strings from Panilla to Panilla-OG in settings.gradle.kts, bukkit/src/main/resources/plugin.yml, README.md, bukkit/src/main/resources/config.yml, and runtime messages in Java sources under bukkit/src/main/java.
Configured the Gradle Java toolchain to target Java 17 with the GraalVM vendor by setting languageVersion to 17 and vendor to JvmVendorSpec.GRAAL_VM in build.gradle.kts (applied to subprojects) and bukkit/build.gradle.kts.
Changed the panilla-bukkit assemble task to emit the installable jar as build/libs/Panilla-${pluginVersion}-.jar by setting archiveFileName.set("Panilla-${pluginVersion}-.jar") and updated the pluginJar description accordingly.
Updated the README build section to reference Panilla-OG, the new jar path build/libs/Panilla-<version>-.jar, and the build requirements Gradle 8.14.3 with GraalVM Java 17.

Testing

Ran java -version which reported the environment JVM (succeeded).
Ran ./gradlew -version which confirmed the project Gradle wrapper is 8.14.3 (succeeded).
Ran ./gradlew :panilla-bukkit:pluginJar under the environment default Java (25) which failed before build execution due to JVM incompatibility (failed).
Ran JAVA_HOME=/root/.local/share/mise/installs/java/17.0.2 PATH=/root/.local/share/mise/installs/java/17.0.2/bin:$PATH ./gradlew :panilla-bukkit:pluginJar which progressed further using Java 17 but failed dependency resolution due to external Maven repositories returning 403 Forbidden in this environment (failed).
