Compatibility with GameModeInventories-OG 3.5.0+: noclip.use permission now bypasses GMI's spectator restriction, so players with noclip access can phase freely. Also fixed a feedback loop where NoClip would spam gamemode-change events every move tick, causing GMI's "not allowed to be a SPECTATOR" message to repeat.
