The optional legacy (1.8) knockback formula
(`common/src/main/java/me/caseload/knockbacksync/util/LegacyKnockback.java`) is a
port from [OldCombatMechanics](https://github.com/kernitus/BukkitOldCombatMechanics),
which is licensed under the Mozilla Public License 2.0 (MPL-2.0). MPL-2.0 permits
combining that code into this GPL-3.0-or-later work as a Larger Work (MPL-2.0
§3.3 / §1.12). See the [NOTICE](NOTICE) file for details.
