Move mbr code to partition parser and use a common
struct for both partition table types. Moving partition
related functions and defines to partition_parser from
mmc.

Flash the partition via "fastboot flash partition <filename>". Code
will detect the type of image, either MBR/EBR, GPT, or GPT backup.
Flash of GPT and GPT backup not yet implemented.

As the no of pages per block is doubled for 8 bit bch NAND
increase the cache size accordingly. This is required for
recovery on 8 bit bch ecc NAND otherwise kernel fails to
mount cache partition.

Currently backlight always turns on regardless if the splash
screen enabled flag is set or not. Now it will not be turned
on when splash is disabled.

seperating mmss clk settings and mdp settings from the
msm_shared mipi_dsi.c file. Clocks will be done in acpuclock.c
Mdp settings will be done in mdp4.c file. Registers bases
moved to iomap.

in msm_shared instead of duplicating code for all platforms.

Target failed to enter fastboot mode due to key
mapping differences between surf & ffa. Device enters
to recovery mode when "B" is pressed on FFA instead
of fastboot. Add key layout for ffa and initialize
keypad based on machine ID to fix the issue.

For the new reworked Novatek panels, the backligh is controlled
by sending DCS commands to the panel. Add commands to
enable/control panel backlight.

msm8960 memory is described with new category type which does not
describe the specific bus related information. Update ram partition
table check to pass memory to Linux kernel accordingly.
