This uses openssl to check the boot image prior
to jumping to kernel to see if it is a signed
kernel image.

Add ENABLE_TRUSTZONE compile time flag to allow Trustzone
initializations with LK. The linker scripts move LK up in
memory, making room for TZ sysini to be placed at reset
vector and take control of Scorpion from power up itself.
This is a partial solution to enable TZ as part of LK.The
TZ/code/image itself is currently not part of LK tree and
is managed separately.As a result, this feature will be
turned off by default.

When building natively within a QEMU environment, stack protection
code is emitted by default. However, because the bootloader's libc
implementation doesn't support this, it needs to be disabled.

Represent the splash image in the form of a character array.
Use this array instead of reading the splash image from nand device.
Reduce the debug messages that are displayed on the screen.
The time taken by the bootloader is reduced by ~325ms with this change on
a MDDI display device.
Below are the steps/commands to convert the splash image into a character array:
1. $convert -depth 8 <splash image in PNG format> rgb:splash.raw
2. $host/linux-x86/bin/rgb2565 < ./splash.raw > final.img
3. $hexdump -C -v final.img | tr -s " " | cut -d ' ' -f2-17 | awk 'BEGIN {print "{"}
{OFS=""; ORS=""; print "\t"; for(i=1; i <= NF; i++) print "0x"$i", "; print "\n";}
END {print "}\n"}' > array.txt

For targets that support eMMC bootup, defining
TARGET_USERIMAGES_USE_EXT2 will cause an eMMC apps
bootloader to be generated along with the NAND flash
apps bootloader.
