Shashank Mittal cd98d4709d openssl/lk: Enable signed boot img check 
This uses openssl to check the boot image prior
to jumping to kernel to see if it is a signed
kernel image.

Kinson Chik 2cd211fccc lk/openssl: Adding openssl to compile in lk build 
This is used for verifying signed kernel.
Openssl library will be used for certificate parsing
and rsa decryption.

Kinson Chik 6ba6907987 openssl/lk: Removing the Android.mk files from openssl 
Initial port of openssl included the Android.mk files. This
will break building android from Top level of android. Removing
the Android.mk files copied from openssl library in external.

Kinson Chik a8fa74c31f openssl/lk: Adding openssl 1.0.0a to LK 
This is the same openssl 1.0.0a in the external
folder of Android tree with Android.mk files.
