Warning appeared in dmesg in the kernel for clock_late_init
since clocks were left on during transition to kernel from lk.
Needed to turn off all branch clocks first then root and pll
phy last.

to jumping to kernel to see if it is a signed
kernel image.

When Debug level is defined as more than 1 compilation fails with
undefined reference to current_time_hires. Implement current_time_hires
to fix this issue.

- For splash screen to work on FFA , toggle RESET pin of DSI
client before sending panel init commands.
- Ensure DSI Bridge chip is powered down during apps BL
exit so that when kernel comes up DSI client will be powered
on in a clean state.
- Also corrected missing indentation in shutdown function.

This is used for verifying signed kernel.
Openssl library will be used for certificate parsing
and rsa decryption.

Initial port of openssl included the Android.mk files. This
will break building android from Top level of android. Removing
the Android.mk files copied from openssl library in external.

Add support to prepare bad block table and use the same to
check for bad blocks before reading any page. This would
avoid calling isbad() function for each page and will be more
efficient. With current implementation we are calling isbad()
function around 2048 times for reading 8MB of boot image.

Platform check added to decide which panel to turn on for splash
screen. Also changed to enable fbcon before power up the panel to
avoid a flicker.

The facilities to manage a key buffer with non-busy waiting already
exist, so use the existing lib in the keyboard driver instead of the
custom circular queue and wait queue.
Fixes hack in dgetc using arch_idle. Now platform_read_key uses a wait
queue to sleep until a key is available in the key buffer, allowing the
idle thread or other threads to run. Since the idle thread gets a chance
to run, idle time accounting is now unbroken.
