Jeremy Andrews 16f351a14c Issue #2974 - Part 63: Bring in lex and yacc from "dirty" migration. 
These versions work on 3.14, my attempt at a cleaner solution did not.
Besides, they apparently were designed for Python 3 to start with.
The mid-to-late parts of that migration were mostly correct, it seems.

Jeremy Andrews 04e6f86a60 Issue #2974 - Part 36: Fix XPIDL and XPT generator. 
Most of this is taken from my original port, but I did revisit xpt.py
and rework the way cmp was translated to Python 3 by using a
ComparableMixin class.

Moonchild b4fbbdc29a Issue #2869 - Make Purple Buffer additions check if cell is tenured. 
This should avoid a CTD if `cell` is not tenured by moving this check to
CC instead of having it fatally fail at marking grey.

Moonchild bd584e4c5f Issue #2678 - Avoid QIing for NoteXPCOMRoot. 
This callback is only used in very limited ways, so just require that the
caller passes in the canonical supports pointer plus the participant.

This probably won't affect performance much.

The nsISupports objects added to the purple buffer are already canonical,
so we can avoid some overhead by not QIing them to

Martin Husemann 07bb7f379b Make NetBSD use the same xptcall support as others. 
These functions are only ELF ABI specific, not really OS specific.
Add powerpc, powerpc64 and sparc64 support for NetBSD
by using the same code as other ELF systems do.
