Brian Smith 8cffdc299f Issue #2051 - Part 1 - Initial changes to get UXP building on Mac 10.5 PowerPC. 
Additionally update the version detection back to 10.5 and forward to 14.
Fill some parts with code from TenFourFox when changes are not obvious.
Using gcc 7 from MacPorts, the gcc 4.8 TenFourFox used is too old.
Don't use GNU as on MacPPC it is too old.
Fix struct/class sizes by limiting bool size.

Moonchild 734f0957fb Issue #2343 - replace MOZ_FALLTHROUGH with [[fallthrough]] 
Basically a S&R. Removed the macro and adjusts IDL codegen accordingly.

Moonchild e7e10ab287 Issue #1656 - Remove more vim control lines. 
Vim control lines were re-introduced or not entirely cleaned up.
This nukes them again.
Removing from accessible, [root], tools, uriloader, widget, xpcom and
xpfe.
Resolves #1656

Brian Smith 3daf711085 Issue #1829 - Revert “Issue #1751 -- Remove XP_MACOSX conditionals from the rest of the tree.” 
This also removes some PP abuse and takes file entries out of PP when no longer
needed without XP_MACOSX conditionals.

This reverts commit 6f707bde95.

wolfbeast a24398e42d Remove unnecessary code in /widget. 
- Remove numerous blocklist entries that no longer apply.
- Remove CanComputeVirtualKeyCodeFromScanCode(), because it's always true.
- Remove ShowXP{Folder,File}Picker(), since we have native pickers on supported Windows versions.
- Remove the config.trim_on_minimize preference, which is pointless on NT6+ and will just cause problems if used.
