CERTIFICATE-TRUST.md

T-534 DONE: a certificate error is not TLS intolerance — engine patch 0061 (PSM's retryDueToTLSIntolerance remembered a certificate failure as version intolerance, retried at TLS 1.2 and tripped the TLS 1.3 server's downgrade sentinel, so a revoked certificate read 'malformed Server Hello'); the three variants pushed as packages built at this commit (libxul 161d7a88, daemon a26899d7, roots f8e9ebea) — the device is the repository head; verified on the packaged build: ssl.com's and DigiCert's revoked hosts say SEC_ERROR_REVOKED_CERTIFICATE; the overview row, the handoff's device state
