A view with no list reports what overflows it at the card's height and keeps that length while
the same view is shown (its box stretches with the window); the window's resize measures again.
Enyo by finger: Palefill's preferences (1233 rows at the 980 layout width) pan to their last row,
one layout change, no loop.
