NotAlexNoyleandClaude Fable 5.1 7e5c1091df README: one slogan, Mojo → Enyo → Mochi, new screenshots, the UXP family ...

The owner's brief: one slogan only ("UXP inside, webOS alive, inshallah!"),
simpler technical sections, oldest interface first, all screenshots retaken,
shorter, mostly what the stock browser and Atlas cannot do, as a member of the
UXP family; less TouchPad, HP only where attribution needs it.

README.md 278 → 178 lines. The per-distribution package table moves to
docs/DEVICE-BUILD.md, which pointed at the README for it. docs/screenshots/:
five images composed by readme-art.py from fresh device captures (card view
with the two bundled Personas worn, Bloxorz in Enyo, about:addons +
about:personas, Settings + about:config, howsmyssl); the Persona strip and
three pair images retired. CREDITS.md's screenshot sections follow the new
art. PICKUP carries the delta, the traps and the device state.
