## 2026-10-26 (later) — the scripted pan moves the card; R3 re-opened; sticky sidebars held still (T-544) (READ FIRST)
**The scripted pan never moved the card.** The owner, watching: the column stood still while frames changed. The
inject pan sent the card's scroll commands to the daemon; the card's own view stayed put, so every pan figure up to
T-527 (R3's "24 fps") left out the card's redraw. It now tells the card to scroll and the card reports its scroll,
as under a finger (`JIHAD_INJECT_PAN_NOCARD=1`: the old test). With the card moving: desktop Wikipedia ~7 fps (the
scripted pan and eight real finger drags agree), the long page ~19. Under a finger the readback waits behind
LunaSysMgr's redraw of the card on the same Adreno (a 15-row read 30-164 ms). **R3's first criterion is re-opened
against the corrected test** (the owner's choice); T-505 stays open with it. Measured and not kept: the express
thread's copy from the base (T-505's daemon-side prototype) and the card's redraw coalesced to 33/50 ms (the owner's
pick of lever): neither moved the rate.
**T-544 DONE (engine 0068):** the owner: "the center column is scrolling/panning smoothly but the sidebars are not".
Between frames the card moved the whole frame it holds, Wikipedia's sticky sidebars with it, and each frame put them
back. Now the engine returns each frame's fixed and stuck rects, the daemon writes them into the 192 bytes before
the segment trailer (`JihadStuckBlock`, `render/browserserver/Src/JihadFrameWindow.h`; `JIHAD_GPU_NO_HOLD=1` off),
and the adapter draws them where the frame drew them. Mid-drag screenshots: sidebars still in 4/4 (the column moved up
to 150 px), displaced 11-12 px in 2/4 without; no cost to the frame rate. Records: `docs/rounds/t527-2026-10-25/notes.txt`.
**Open:** T-504 (the owner's bounded overview, not started), T-505/R3 (Wikipedia ~7 fps under a finger: what is left
is structural — the readback on the GPU LunaSysMgr draws the card with; the CE presentation route the owner set aside
on 2026-10-24 is the lever that removes the readback; on stock 3.0.5 it stays), T-414's Pale Moon Persona step (owner).
**Device state:** the three packages of this head (daemon `6fbedc7b`, libxul `543e431b` stripped from engine
`078a0942`, adapters Enyo `044445d7`, Mochi `0ad03744`, Mojo `2b400757`); no dev copies or `.orig`; Default look, No
proxy; the sensors running; default-check passes in all three (faults 0).
**Pushes:** the owner's — `bash .cavekit/handoff-2026-10-24/push.sh` (engine fork branch now `078a0942`, patches
through 0068, and main).
## 2026-10-26 (end) — T-527 DONE; three decisions for the owner; the device on the packaged head (READ FIRST)
**T-527 is done** (and T-515, T-517 with it): the sensor bench (R3's 24 fps met with sensord/atlas-sensord stopped:
