SKBotNL 466835fcce Internal cleanup: 
- Overhauled a lot of code
- Prefixes and suffixes are now fetched from LuckPerms
- A reload completely reloads the Discord bridge now
- Clear the blocklist when it's being refreshed
- Concurrency lock for the blocklist
- Removed warnings about options not being set in the config for disabled components
- Turned the Essentials commands into actual commands since they get overwritten anyway
- Reimplemented the API
